The 3 reel slots are easy and fun to play. These are based completely on a random number generator which is weighted equally in each of the strips that spin. You can place a bet by first selecting a coin value depending on the game that you choose to play. An amount as little as $0.01 is allowed by many penny slots and some allow amounts as high as $10 per spin.
Make sure you always go through the pay table especially if you are a new player as it lists out the credits that you may receive if the listed symbols line up on pay line. The pay table will provide you details about the combination of symbols and where the symbols must be for you to get paid. It shows all the possible pay-outs when you play 3 reel slot games.
The 3 reel slots have various symbols among which the wild and scatter symbols help you generate the maximum pay-outs. A wild symbol stands for other symbols (except the scatter symbol) to complete the combinations successfully. It may also have a multiplier function which multiplies the rewards from the spin.
The scatter symbol may have a value of its own but it generally carries rewards when it appears on the reels. This symbol can trigger a bonus round in the game which gives you free spins. If you get more scatter symbols when you are spinning for free then more free spins get activated.
